Your body is always communicating.

Together, we slow down long enough to listen—and create a plan that feels practical, collaborative and rooted in your real life.

Symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Sleep affects pain. Stress shows up in digestion. Injury changes the way you move and recover. Dr. Rupali’s approach connects these threads without reducing you to any single complaint.

Whether you are navigating a new concern, supporting a longer healing process or simply trying to feel more at home in your body, care begins with curiosity rather than judgment.

Dr. Rupali Jain, DACM, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M. (NCCAOM)

Dr. Rupali created Anchor Flow as a place where evidence-aware care and the pattern-based lens of East Asian medicine can sit side by side. Her work is gentle but specific, with time for questions, informed consent and honest conversations about what treatment can—and cannot—do.

Her areas of focus include chronic pain, injury and stress recovery, digestion, facial rejuvenation and Chinese herbal medicine.

1

Connect

Start with a free 10-minute call. Share what brings you in, ask questions and find the most sensible first appointment.

2

Listen + treat

Your first visit includes a detailed intake, an explanation of the plan and treatment only after your questions are answered.

3

Build your rhythm

We watch for meaningful changes, adjust frequency and make sure the plan continues to fit your goals and resources.

Self-pay care + superbills

Care guided by you—
not an insurance checklist.

Anchor Flow does not bill insurance directly, so your care can be shaped by what is clinically useful—not only by what a policy permits.

That independence gives Dr. Rupali room to discuss the full range of appropriate options and combine techniques when they support your goals. Payment is due at the time of service.

For eligible acupuncture visits, we provide a detailed superbill that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Benefits and reimbursement depend on your plan.
